This notice is to confirm that Cloud Elements has completed the following planned security upgrades. We now require all connections to our application and web servers, including api.cloud-elements.com, cloud-elements.co.uk and console.cloud-elements.com, to use TLS version 1.2. While almost all modern browsers and software are capable of TLSv1.2, older software and browsers--especially those at least 4 years old--are not. This update will only affect those customers who have their own application, mostly Java or .net applications to consume our APIs. Any customers that are utilizing pure formulas will not be affected by this change.

Identified - Some Bulk Upload jobs began failing at midnight (MST) through this morning (MST). The root cause has been determined and a solution is currently being deployed to Production. This deployment will take between 1.5 and 4 hours from the time of this status page posting, and then this status page will be updated again.

Update - The fix to resolve issues with Bulk Upload passed validation in the Test/Staging environment and will be deployed to Production this evening (MST). Once the deployment is complete and we are monitoring the Incident for resolution this page will be updated again.

Update - A root cause was identified for the issue with Bulk Upload, and we are currently deploying the changes to our Test/Staging environment for validation. Once the fix is confirmed and deployment to Production begins this page will be updated again.

Identified - Starting around 9:00PM Mountain on February 11 some Bulk Upload jobs have started failing. The reason for the issue has been determined and we are looking into a root cause before a solution can be proposed. Another update will be made when a solution is discovered.
